As with many of our blue favourites, I am wondering why we haven't signed a new manager yet. The logical explaination is that Guus Hiddink is our man and we are just waiting for him to come back from holiday and finalise his standings with the Turkish FA. Other explanations might include the upper management are quietly trying to pry a manager from under another club or Mr.Abromavich is too busy to make any deals because he is off dealing with other business in Moscow. Whatever the case, we need a manager fast so that we can get this transfer season started. Every morning I wake up with hopes to find an article on the official page stating that we have aquired the services of Guus Hiddink or Zola or anyone for that matter, but to my disappointment, it hasn't been the case. Also another thing I wanted to mention about our managers, we should not be firing them every season... Let's face it, we are never going to find a manager who will win the league every season... Even Fergie (perhaps the most successful manager in the EPL) took 4 years to build the squad he needed in order to win any trophies. Whoever we get next, I hope gets the time he needs to build the team accordingly...
